1. COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS, LIBRARIES &
SCHOOLS may place their orders in writing, by phone, fax or
E-mail.
2. INDIVIDUALS: orders must be prepaid.
Fill out form and send your check or money order to Floricanto
Press. Add 10% for shipping and, if California resident, add
8.25% for sales tax. Allow two weeks for delivery.
3. TEXTBOOK ORDERS: Up to 55% discount for
bulk orders. Teacher's copies free of charge after title
adoption.
4. RETURNS: are accepted for credit only
up to three months from date of invoice. After three months,
permission is required. Books must be in saleable conditions.
Restocking fee will be assessed.
5. Add
